George IV (1820-30), silver Shilling, 1821, first laureate head left, B.P. for Benedetto Pistrucci below neck, legend and toothed border surrounding, GEORGIUS IIII D: G: BRITANNIAR: REX F:D:, rev. first crowned quartered shield of arms, six strings to Irish harp, with an escutcheon of the Arms of Hanover, emblems surrounding, ANNO 1821 below (Bull 2396; Davies 211; ESC 1247; C&R 1197; S.3810). Attractively toned, just a few high points of contact, otherwise has been slabbed and graded by NGC as MS64.

The Latin legend translates as "George the Fourth by the grace of God, King of the Britains, Defender of the Faith."
